Success Through Teamwork

 Northwest Lacrosse is a youth lacrosse program that focuses on the development of student-athletes that are interested in lacrosse. We provide skill development, athletic training, quality instruction, cooperative and competitive play that allows for progressive growth for every participant. Northwest Lax caters to both boys and girls from grades kindergarten through 8th. 

Northwest Lacrosse is a program under the 501(c)3 non profit organization, The Re- Education Foundation (T.R.E.F.).

We invite girls and boys from kindergarten to 8th grade to come out and play! Our 2019, zip-codes include; 19150, 19119, 19144, 19127, 19126, 19128,19138, 19012 and 19027. We are open to any potential participant from Chestnut Hill (19118). Please note, other families from different areas in Philadelphia, PA can register, try-out and play. Lacrosse has been growing in Philadelphia, PA very fast. We have been blessed with the opportunity to expose, train, compete and grow with some great young student- athletes. HERE are a FEW. Cori Grobes

Born and raised in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia, PA, Cori started playing Lacrosse in the 6th grade. Quickly grew notoriety through the lacrosse ranks as one of the only representative hailing from Philadelphia.

Now, in his senior year at Delaware Valley University, aiming for a BA in Counseling Psychology.

Rasool Smith

One of Philadelphia, PA hidden gems, Rasool onl started playing Lacrosse in the 9th grade. Lead the Philadelphia School League in Goals and Assists and became a team captain in his HS senior season at Lower Merion.

Rasool recently graduated from Rosemont College, where he has a degree in Criminal Justice. Rasool was Freshmen of the Year while at Rosemont and lead his team in ground balls. Rasool is now a coach with his ofrmer team, NW Lax.

Amir Fluellen

Amir started playing Lacrosse in the 7th Grade (2010), while at Mastery Charter- Shoemaker in the West Philly section of Philadelphia, PA. Became a starting, Midfilder/ Attack, after transferring to the Shipley School and received a FULL SCHOLARSHIP to attend Salisbury University in Maryland.

Amir is currently a Sophomore and was apart of the 2017 NCAA D3 Championship Salisbury Team. Contributes every Winter and Summer to his former youth team at clinics/ practices.
